My name is Gabi.
Welcome to my blog, which chronicles my journey to Jesus, desiring to become the best version of myself, striving to balance my passion for music and call to ministry, with my vocation as wife and mother. I will share my heart with you, my struggles and victories in motherhood, my growth in music, and my musings on life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

A little about me: I graduated from Franciscan University of Steubenville in 2008, and was fortunate while there to find the man I would give my whole heart to. Jonathan and I got married right after graduation, and discovered we were going to have a cub a few months later.
Matthew Elliot was born in May of 2009. He is our big boy, our number one baby, our pride and joy.
We suffered a miscarriage in early 2011 - I pray for every woman that has suffered this loss.
But with the dawn comes rejoicing - we welcomed our second son Daniel Joseph in February of 2012, and our lovely daughter Natalie Grace in July of 2013. God has been so faithful in growing and providing for our little family.
And the adventure has grown and deepened every day since.
I love Jesus with my whole heart, and am trying to love Him better every day. That's a large part of this blog. I want to share my great loves with you: my husband and my kids, my love for music, my strivings to be a good mom and wife. I want you to fall in love with Jesus and to see beauty in your life. I want to learn how to surrender, to trust, to admire the Lord's hand in life.
I am honored you are here, and my prayer is that this blog can somehow bring light and happiness to your life, and will help you carry your burdens if ever they arise.
